Join us on October 26 as we speak with Cal Poly & CIE alumni on their MedTech entrepreneurial journeys to successful company exits.
The Alydia Health team was comprised of co-founders Jessie Becker Alexander (OCOB ‘11) and Nathan Bair, with lead engineer Amelia Degenkolb (MS BMED, ‘12). Alydia Health, recently acquired by Organon/Merck for $240 million, developed the Jada System to treat postpartum hemorrhage and abnormal uterine bleeding.
These MedTech-inspired events are in partnership with Cal Poly Entrepreneurs (CPE) and Cal Poly Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship. It is being moderated by CPE president, Arman Avedian (COSAM ‘23), who is pursuing his degree in economics, with a minor in physics.
Both events will be hosted on Cal Poly’s campus at 6 p.m., Building 52, Room E27. Food & refreshments will be served right outside the classroom before we sit down with our guest speakers.
Thank you to our generous sponsor Abbott for making this speaker series a reality.
