Cal Poly Ventures is an early-stage investment fund supported by donors. Tax-deductible contributions are used to invest in high-growth Cal Poly startups with returns coming back to the University to support future investments and the Cal Poly Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Investment decisions are made by the Cal Poly Ventures Investment Committee, a small group of professional investors who volunteer their time and expertise.
