Damon is the go-to guy for all things finance and operations at the HotHouse, ensuring we can keep the lights on and everything running smoothly! Damon brings over 20 years of experience, with an impressive background spanning finance, accounting, and even tech consulting, he’s the behind-the-scenes hero making sure everything clicks. From managing budgets to overseeing daily operations, Damon’s expertise is as diverse as it is impressive.
Born in England and raised in South Africa, Damon brings a global perspective to the team. But while he’s one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet, don’t get on his bad side—he’s got a black belt in Tae Kwon Do! Outside of the office, Damon is the proud advisor to the Cal Poly Cat Program, where he shows his love for furry friends at the shelter.
