Lynsey Fowler is the program manager for the Cal Poly CIE Small Business Development Center (SBDC), where she leads day-to-day program operations and marketing and communications efforts. She oversees client onboarding and case management, coordinates a network of more than 50 expert advisors, manages reporting and client systems, and helps ensure the smooth delivery of the SBDC’s programs and services.
Lynsey also leads marketing and logistics for signature programs and events, including AngelCon, and supervises staff and interns across administrative and creative functions.
When it’s sunny, Lynsey spends her free time walking, hiking or reading at the beach. When it’s not, she watches a lot of movies and shows (mainly about cults).
She earned a bachelor’s degree in design and visual communications from Brigham Young University–Idaho.
