Nichole McAllister is the operations manager for the Cal Poly CIE HotHouse, where she oversees day-to-day operations, coworking memberships, event spaces and facility needs. She makes sure members, guests and the CIE team have what they need to make the most of the space, whether she’s coordinating an event, troubleshooting equipment or keeping a million moving pieces on track.
Outside of the HotHouse, Nichole’s energy doesn’t stop! She’s a mom to three little ones, serves as PTA president, and has some serious decorating skills—just take a look at her office, it’s always impeccably styled!
