Niki Williams is the manager of program & events for the Cal Poly CIE Small Business Development Center (SBDC), where she leads day-to-day operations for the CIE’s Incubator program and supports SBDC initiatives. She works closely with founders throughout their startup journeys, serving as a primary point of contact for entrepreneurs, advisors, investors and community partners.
Niki also coordinates AngelCon, the CIE’s annual startup investment program, and develops systems, resources and processes that help programs run more efficiently and better support founders. Before joining the CIE, she worked across several industries, including consulting, research and education.
An adventurer at heart, Niki took a year off from her corporate grind to travel the world, experiencing new cultures and exploring the outdoors. Whether she’s diving into new waters or guiding startups through their journey, Niki brings passion and precision to everything she does.
Niki earned a bachelor’s degree in neurobiology, physiology and behavior with a minor in religious studies from the University of California, Davis.
